Pangbourne, where the river Pang flows into the River Thames, is famous as the home of Kenneth Grahame, author of The Wind in the Willows and also as the place where Jerome K. Jerome’s three men in a boat finish their journey at the Swan Inn.
Bygone Boating - self drive boating holidays ON THE RIVER THAMES
We are in a niche sector of the boat hire / boating holiday market, hiring out classic motor cruisers, mostly wooden. Names such as Herbert Woods and Bates are known for their style and innovation in the Industry. We hope the HW will be joining us in 2020, but we do also now have a Freeman 23 available - and proving popular!
Please note - we do require there to be at least one person with previous boating experience aboard.
Hope you enjoy looking at our website, please give us a ring, or drop us an email, if you have any questions.
